The requirements to be satisfied in the case of a child1 seeking limited leave to enter the United Kingdom2 for the purpose of being adopted3 in the United Kingdom are that he:
(1) is seeking limited leave to enter to accompany or join a person or persons who wish to adopt him in the United Kingdom ('the prospective parents') in one of the specified circumstances4;
(2) is under the age of 185;
(3) is not leading an independent life, is unmarried and is not a civil partner, and has not formed an independent family unit6;
