A person commits an offence if he:
(1) does an act which facilitates a breach or attempted breach of a deportation order in force against an individual who is a citizen of the European Union1; and
(2) knows or has reasonable cause for believing that the act facilitates a breach or attempted breach of the deportation order2.
This applies to things done whether inside or outside the United Kingdom3.
Where the Secretary of State4 has made an order excluding an individual from the United Kingdom on the grounds of public policy, public security or public health, other than a temporary exclusion
