Unless an applicant for asylum support1 is already a supported person2 and support is sought for a dependant3 of his for whom such support is not already provided4, an application for asylum support may not be entertained by the Secretary of State5 unless it is made by completing in full and in English the form for the time being issued by the Secretary of State for the purpose6 and the Secretary of State is satisfied that the information provided is complete or accurate or that the applicant is co-operating with any further inquiries he may make7 about any matter
