492.     Appeals to the First-tier Tribunal against protection and human rights decisions.

A person may, subject to specified exceptions and limitations1, appeal to the First-tier Tribunal2 where:

  1.  

    (1)     the Secretary of State3 has decided to refuse the person's protection claim4;

  2.  

    (2)     the Secretary of State has decided to refuse the person's human rights claim5; or

  3.  

    (3)     the Secretary of State has decided to revoke the person's protection status6.
