475.     Appeals against asylum support decisions.

Until a day to be appointed1 an appeal may be brought to the First-tier Tribunal2 if:

  1.  

    (1)     on an application for support3, the Secretary of State4 decides that the applicant does not qualify for support5;

  2.  

    (2)     the Secretary of State decides to stop providing support for a person before that support would otherwise have come to an end6; and

  3.  

    (3)     if the Secretary of State decides not to provide7 accommodation for a failed asylum seeker or not to continue to provide8 such accommodation9.
