Where the person's partner is in receipt of a specified benefit1, the minimum income requirements2 do not apply and instead the person must provide evidence that they are able to maintain themselves, and any dependants adequately in the United Kingdom3 without recourse to public funds4.
The applicant must provide evidence of the monthly housing costs for the accommodation in the United Kingdom in which the applicant, and any other family members who are, or will be, part of the same household, lives or will live if the application is granted5.
