435.     Windows, skylights and ventilators in workplaces.

Any window, skylight, or ventilator which is capable of being opened must not be likely to be opened, closed or adjusted in a manner which exposes any person performing such an operation to a risk to his health or safety1. Any window, skylight or ventilator must not be in a position when open which is likely to expose any person in the workplace2 to a risk to his health or safety3.

All windows and skylights in a workplace must be of a design or be so constructed
