Health, safety and welfare in connection with work1 are regulated by Part I of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 19742, which includes a statement of the general duties of employers3, employees4, self-employed persons5, those in control of non-domestic premises6, and manufacturers and suppliers of articles and substances for use at work7.
