807.     Specific prohibitions in regard to mines.

In addition to the duties imposed on employees1 at work at mines2 by the Mines Regulations 20143, several specific prohibitions made by earlier regulations still apply.

At mines of coal, stratified ironstone, shale and fireclay, no person4 may enter a cage unless authorised by the banksman or onsetter5 or, when riding in a cage, interfere with or attempt to open the gates6 or leave it until it is stationary at a landing place7.
