359.     Safety information for employees; in general.

An employer must, in relation to each of his employees1:

  1.  

    (1)     ensure that a poster in the form approved and published for these purposes by the Health and Safety Executive2 is kept displayed in a readable condition at a place which is reasonably accessible to the employee while he is at work, and in such a position in that place as to be easily seen and read by that employee3; or

  2.  

    (2)     give to the employee a leaflet4 similarly approved and published5.
