Every employer1 must ensure that where there is a risk to an employee2 riding on mobile work equipment3 from its rolling over, it is minimised by:
(1) stabilising the work equipment4;
(2) a structure which ensures that the work equipment does no more than fall on its side5;
(3) a structure giving sufficient clearance to anyone being carried if it overturns further than that6; or
(4) a device giving comparable protection7.
Where there is a risk of anyone being carried by mobile work equipment being crushed by its rolling over, the employer must ensure that it has a suitable restraining
