No employer1 may use a glaze2 other than a leadless glaze3 or a low solubility glaze4 in the manufacture of pottery5.
No employer may employ a young person6 or a woman of reproductive capacity7 in any of the following activities8:
(1) in lead smelting and refining processes:
(a) work involving the handling, treatment, sintering, smelting or refining of ores or materials containing not less than 5 per cent lead; and
(b) the cleaning of any place where any of the above processes are carried out9;
