Any operator1 of a test facility2 who fails to comply with a warning notice served under the Good Laboratory Practice Regulations 19993, is, unless that notice has been withdrawn by the Good Laboratory Practice Monitoring Authority ('GLPMA')4 or cancelled by a court, guilty of an offence5.
A person who in the course of enforcing compliance with those regulations gains access to commercially sensitive or other confidential information is guilty of an offence if, without lawful authority, he discloses that information6. A person may, however, disclose commercially sensitive or other confidential information to which he has had access in the course
