Any person who:
(1) contravenes or fails to comply with the general requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 as to supply and putting into service1;
(2) contravenes or fails to comply with the general requirements of those regulations as to conformity assessment procedures2;
(3) contravenes or fails to comply with the requirements as to protection of the CE marking3;
(4) contravenes or fails to comply with a requirement4 to take (or refrain from taking) specified action within a specified period to bring a deficiency as regards CE marking to an end5,
is guilty of an offence6. A
