When making a vessel1 available on the market2 a distributor4 must act with due care to ensure that it is in conformity with Part 2 of the Simple Pressure Vessels (Safety) Regulations 20164.
Before making a category A vessel5 available on the market, a distributor must ensure that:
(1) the vessel: (a) bears the CE marking6 and the inscriptions7; and (b) is accompanied by the instructions and safety information in a language which can be easily understood by end-users in the EEA state in which the vessel is to be made available on the market8;
(2) the manufacturer has complied
