Subject to certain exceptions1, where, in relation to a person at work2 the responsible person3 receives a diagnosis4 of a specified occupational disease5 the responsible person must follow the reporting procedure6.
Where so required7 the responsible person must send a report of the diagnosis in an approved manner8 to the relevant enforcing authority9 without delay10.
It is sufficient compliance with this requirement11 for a self-employed person12 to make arrangements for the report to be sent to the relevant
