822.     Mode of trial and penalties for offences under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.

A person guilty of an offence consisting of failing to discharge a duty to which he is subject by virtue of the statutory provisions relating to:

  1.  

    (1)     the general duties of employers to their employees1;

  2.  

    (2)     the general duties of employers and the self-employed2 to persons other than their employees3;

  3.  

    (3)     the general duties of persons concerned with premises to persons other than their employees4; or

  4.  

    (4)     the general duties of manufacturers and others as regards articles and substances
