720. Keeping of documents in regard to safety cases.

A duty holder1 must:


    (1)     ensure that, when he sends the design notification2, in the case of a production installation3 or the safety case4, in the case of a non-production installation5, to the Health and Safety Executive or as the case may be, the Secretary of State6, they are notified7 of an address in Great Britain8 for the purposes of heads (2) and (5) below;


    (2)     keep copies, at the address referred to in head (1) above and on the installation, of the following documents relating to the installation: (a) the current safety case; (b) any summary of any
