The employer of a person who installs a pressure system1 at work must ensure that nothing about the way in which it is installed gives rise to danger2 or otherwise impairs the operation of any protective device3 or inspection facility4.
The user5 of an installed system6 and owner7 of a mobile system8 must not operate the system or allow it to be operated unless he has established the safe operating limits9 of that system10. The owner of a mobile system must, if he is not also the user of it:
(1) supply the user with a written statement specifying the safe
