Every employer1 who undertakes work which is liable to expose an employee to lead2 must provide that employee with suitable and sufficient information, instruction and training3. The information, instruction and training so provided must4 include:
(1) details of the form of lead to which the employee is liable to be exposed including:
(a) the risk5 which it presents to health;
(b) any relevant occupational exposure limit6, action level7 and suspension level8;
(c) access to any relevant safety data sheet9; and
(d) other legislative provisions which concern the hazardous10 properties of that form of lead;
