407.     Information for temporary workers.

Every employer must provide any person whom he has employed under a fixed-term contract of employment1 with comprehensible information on:

  1.  

    (1)     any special occupational qualifications or skills required to be held by that employee2 if he is to carry out his work safely3; and

  2.  

    (2)     any health surveillance required to be provided to that employee by or under any of the relevant statutory provisions4.
