Where a dangerous substance1 is present at the workplace2, the employer3 must provide his employees4 with:
(1) suitable and sufficient information, instruction and training on the appropriate precautions and actions to be taken by the employee in order to safeguard himself and other employees at the workplace;
(2) the details of any such substance including:
(a) the name of the substance and the risk5 which it presents;
(b) access to any relevant safety data sheet6; and
(c) legislative provisions which concern the hazardous7 properties of the substance; and
(3) the significant findings of the risk assessment
