An enforcement authority1 in England and Wales may apply for an order for the forfeiture of any machinery2 or partly completed machinery3 on the grounds that there has been a contravention of the regulations imposing the general obligations and prohibition under the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 20084 in relation to it5.
