The European Union Regulation concerning the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals ('REACH')1 is enforced in the United Kingdom2 under the provisions of the REACH Enforcement Regulations 20083.
An enforcing authority4 must enforce a listed REACH provision5 where it is named against that provision in the REACH table6.
