In Great Britain1, the market surveillance authority in the case of pressure equipment and assemblies2 for use in the workplace is the Health and Safety Executive3. In so far as the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 20164 apply to pressure equipment or assemblies intended exclusively or primarily for use on relevant nuclear sites5, the market surveillance authority is the Office for Nuclear Regulation6.
