512. Enforcement in general in regard to machinery.

With two exceptions1, it is the duty of the Health and Safety Executive2 to make adequate arrangements for the enforcement of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 20083 in Great Britain4 in relation to machinery5 and partly completed machinery6 for use at work7.
