Doors1 and gates must be suitably constructed, including being fitted with any necessary safety devices2. Doors and gates do not comply with this requirement3 unless:
(1) any sliding door or gate has a device to prevent it coming off its track during use4;
(2) any upward opening door or gate has a device to prevent it falling back5;
(3) any powered door or gate has suitable6 and effective features to prevent it causing injury by trapping any person
