The compressed air contractor1 must ensure:
(1) that compression or decompression of any person engaged in work in compressed air2 is carried out in accordance with any procedures approved by the Health and Safety Executive3;
(2) that no person is to be subjected to a pressure exceeding 3.5 bar4 except in an unforeseen emergency5;
(3) that no person is to be subjected to the procedure of decanting6 except in an emergency7;
(4) that an adequate record of exposure is made and maintained in respect of the times and pressures at which work in compressed air is undertaken and that
