613.     Arrangements to deal with accidents, incidents and emergencies in regard to hazardous substances.

Subject to certain exceptions1 and without prejudice to the relevant provisions of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 19992, in order to protect the health of his employees3 from an accident, incident or emergency related to the presence of a substance hazardous to health4 at the workplace5, the employer must ensure that:
