If the competent person1 carrying out an examination2 under the scheme of examination3 is of the opinion that the pressure system4 or part of the pressure system will give rise to imminent danger5 unless certain repairs or modifications have been carried out or unless suitable changes to the operating conditions have been made, then he must forthwith6 make a written report7 to that effect identifying the system and specifying the repairs, modifications or changes concerned8.
