Further information may be required from the client as the matter progresses or if the transaction has special features1. Most of the matters listed are self-explanatory and are applicable to both buyer and seller clients. Items in the list which are exclusive to a seller client are identified by '(S)' and those relevant only to a buyer by '(B)'.
