Under the Standard Contractual Conditions1 the seller has no right to rescind the contract where the buyer raises a requisition with which the seller is unable or unwilling to comply.
If the seller has not answered a requisition by the contractual completion date it may be possible for the buyer to treat the contract as discharged by a breach of condition or to serve a notice to complete under the Standard Contractual Conditions
