65. Remedies for non-disclosure.

The buyer's remedies for non-disclosure will be rescission of the contract if the non-disclosure is judged to be substantial1. If the non-disclosure is not substantial the buyer can be forced to complete and will obtain his remedy through an abatement in the purchase price.
