463. Rectification of documents by the Land Registration division of the Property Chamber, First-tier Tribunal.

The First-tier Tribunal1 has power, on application, to make any order which the High Court could make for the rectification or setting aside of a document which:

  1.  

    (1)     effects a qualifying disposition of a registered estate or charge;

  2.  

    (2)     is a contract to make such a disposition; or

  3.  

    (3)     effects a transfer of an interest which is the subject of a notice in the register
