The CML Lenders Handbook1 requires a solicitor acting for a lender to be in receipt of a CML Disclosure of Incentives Form before he can submit the certificate of title. The CML Disclosure of Incentives Form requires information on all incentives and discounts offered by the builder/developer. The form will be completed by the builder/developer and supplied to the lender's solicitor by the builder/developer's solicitor as part of the pre-contract package. The lender's solicitor will then be required to report such information from the CML Disclosure of Incentives Form as the relevant lender requests in the CML Lender's Handbook
