A Land Charges Department search1 is only of relevance to unregistered land. The register is open to the public and can be searched by anyone subject to the payment of the fee2.
The search is made by submitting Form K15 to the Land Charges Department with the appropriate fee. The search application can be made by post, or by telephone, online or by fax by a Land Registry account holder.
