320. Exempt information documents.

Any person may apply for the registrar1 to designate a document an exempt information document if he claims that the document contains prejudicial information2.

The application must be made in Forms EX1 (the application form) and EX1A (the reasons in support) and be accompanied by a certified copy of the document which excludes the prejudicial information and includes the words 'excluded information' where the prejudicial information has been excluded3.
