273. Enrolment of transfer.

Certain transfers of land by ecclesiastical corporations for the purpose of enlarging a cemetery, churchyard or burying ground must be enrolled in the Senior Courts1.

Upon a sale of land to or by the Duchy of Lancaster or of Cornwall, the assurance must be enrolled in the duchy office within six months of its execution
