76. Disclosure and acknowledgement with regard to green deal plans.

Under the Energy Act 2011, where a green deal property1, or a lease of such a property, is to be sold, or a green deal property is to be let out under a tenancy or licence agreement, and on the basis that the prospective tenant or licensee is to be liable for paying the energy bills for the property, the seller or prospective landlord or licensor must, in relation to the document, or each document, relating to the green deal plan2 which is required to be produced or updated:
