The buyer's solicitor should check (inter alia):
(1) the terms of the lease or agreement supplied by the seller's solicitor;
(2) the effect of any security of tenure legislation on the tenant1;
(3) details of the landlord's obligations under the lease or agreement, and in particular whether or not the seller has complied with such obligations;
(4) whether the tenant has complied with all his obligations under the lease or agreement and, if not, what steps the seller has taken to enforce the agreement against the tenant;
