154. Provision of information to commander, crews and ground staff.

The operator of an aircraft in which dangerous goods1 are to be carried as cargo must ensure that, before the flight begins, the commander of the aircraft is provided with written information about the dangerous goods and information for use in responding to an in-flight emergency2.
