Pursuant to the Athens Convention as amended by the 2002 Protocol1, the liability of the carrier2 for the loss of or damage to cabin luggage3 must in no case exceed 2,250 units of account4 per passenger5 per carriage6, and the liability of the carrier for the loss of or damage to vehicles7 must in no case exceed 12,700 units of account per vehicle, per carriage8. The liability of the carrier for other loss of or damage to luggage must in no case exceed 3,375 units of account per passenger, per carriage9.
