The form and content of tickets1 as well as the language and characters in which they are to be printed and made out are to be determined by the General Conditions of Carriage2, although the following, at least, must be entered on the ticket:
(1) the carrier or carriers3;
(2) a statement that the carriage is subject, notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, to the CIV Rules4; and
(3) any other statement necessary to prove the conclusion and contents of the contract of carriage and enabling the passenger to assert the rights resulting from the contract5.
