664. Delivery of registered luggage and vehicles.

Registered luggage¹ and vehicles² are delivered on surrender of the luggage registration voucher or vehicle carriage voucher³ and, where appropriate, on payment of the amounts chargeable against the consignment or vehicle⁴; failing surrender of the voucher, the carrier is only obliged to deliver the luggage or vehicle to the person proving his right thereto⁵. The holder of the luggage registration voucher or vehicle carriage voucher may require delivery of the luggage or vehicle at the place of destination
