In the case of personal injury or any other physical or mental harm to a passenger1 the damages comprise:
(1) any necessary costs, in particular those of treatment and transport2; and
(2) compensation for financial loss, due to total or partial incapacity to work, or to increased needs3.
In the case of the death of a passenger the damages comprise:
(a) any necessary costs following the death, in particular those of transport of the body and the funeral expenses
