Disputes between OTIF member states1 arising from the interpretation or application of the COTIF Convention2, and other disputes arising from the interpretation or application of the Convention and of other conventions if not settled amicably or brought before the ordinary courts or tribunals, may at the request of one of the parties be referred to an arbitration tribunal3.
