94. Public body's final certificate.

Where a public body1 is satisfied that any work specified in a public body's notice2 given by it has been completed, the body may give to the local authority3 such certificate with respect to the completion of the work and compliance with building regulations4 as may be prescribed5 (a 'public body's final certificate')6.
