Where a public body's notice1 is to be given or has been given in respect of work in relation to which requirements are imposed2 relating to building over sewers3, the public body must consult the sewerage undertaker:
(1) before or as soon as practicable after giving a public body's notice in relation to the work4;
(2) before giving a public body's plans certificate5, whether or not combined with a public body's notice6; and
(3) before giving a public body's final certificate7.
