Where a public body's notice1 is to be given or has been given in relation to the erection, extension or material alteration2 of a relevant building3 or in relation to building work in connection with a relevant change of use4 of a building and requirements as to fire safety are imposed5 in relation to the work6, the public body must consult the fire and rescue authority7:
(1) before or as soon as practicable after giving a public body's notice in relation to the work8;
(2) before or as soon as practicable after giving a relevant amendment notice9 in relation
