26. Particulars and plans where a building notice is given.

A building notice1 must state the name and address of the person intending to carry out the work2 and must be signed by him or on his behalf, and must contain or be accompanied by a statement that it is given for the statutory purposes3, a description of the proposed building work4, renovation or replacement of a thermal element, change to the building's energy status or material change of use5, particulars of the location of the building6 to which the proposal relates and the use or intended use of that building7.
